Every new years eve a number of friends & I go out for a few drinks. This year we have decided that rather than get together we are going to make a small personal sacrifice & rather than go out we will stay indoors with the family & donate the money we would normally spend to charity. We have chosen Help for Heroes. Now I appreciate this is not everybodies idea of fun & most would rather go out on the beer, but how about donating the cost of a pint or two rather than just pi55 it up the wall. Our guys and gals deserve all the support we can give them.
