nice to hear from you both , i like to fish the thames for most of my carp fishing , mainly the tidal thames and lower thames , and have had lots of carp to 26lb7 , still wanna get my thames 30 before i move off the rivers and onto a lake . there are so many 30s in my section that have been caught and endless numbers of 20s , most people dont actually realise how many carp are actually in the stretches i fish . for me its the "unknown" that gives me a buzz , knowing it could be a pretty 10lb koi , or a 40lb mirror or common .... i live in sunbury on thames in middlesex (opposite kempton race course if you know of it??)
hows about you two?

I'm in Banstead and Gary is in Farningham.

I know a few guys that fish that stretch of the Thames. They don't say too much about it even though they know they'll never see me down there. One acquaintence has had a few 30's.

Good luck. ;D
