This just about sums up why i have been banging on about the tnm...piccys to follow when the thick coornt figures out how to get them of his camera...lol
Oh My God! Done a 24 hour session on a new water last Tuesday. First time out on the TnM. I took 6 fish where the two others on the lake had two each. I managed a 27.4, a 26.12, a couple of pasties, a scraper double and a new PB of 32.10 my first English 30 and I am over the bloody moon. Can't wait to get out again. Pictures will follow but I think my lead from camera to computer is broken so I am planning to borrow Chris's later this week and try to upload them, will forward them on once I manage it. I have not got a clue on how to put them on the Forum but I wanted to put them under the TnM thread! Thanks again for sorting it out for me Joss.

I'm inclined to agree used the TnM for a couple of winters but I used the chicken last year and my results were beyond what I expected... I honestly couldn't decide between the two now. Really is a headache which bait to use, if I was fishing a lake all year I'd go with TnM but for the syndicate June-October only the Chicken is the one. I pay for all my bait and I have no commercial ties I could go anywhere I please to buy my bait but I truly believe I'm using one of the very best available on the market. Congrats to Gal for producing some stunning baits

thats a lovely looking fish Joss. I fished a lake in Essex last night called Ricketts mere on the Cemex tickets and has been stocked with the Sutton strain fish. I'm quite sure the place has never seen any poachers before but out of 8 anglers i was the only one to have any bites. I had 2 takes, landing 1, dropping the other in the weed, bait was a mixture of the PRB and the chicken. and was caught over a small stick of crushed PRB flavoured with PRB dip. the fish was only a mid double but a beautiful looking fish, get on the poachers!!

I had a sort out of the freezer yesterday & found a couple of kilo of "purple haze" at the bottom of the pile. as I was going out fishing today I decided to use them up so transfered them to the freezer in the kitchen then into my bait bag this morning, So far so good, ;D I went to a loveley little lake near Tenterden today looking forward to a nice day out, taking the "purple haze" with me. Having set out my rods I opened my bait bucket to discover that the 2 x 1 kilo bags of boilies were actually bloody sloes that I collected some years ago to make sloe gin with & forgot all about. Peeeed off or what. I packed up & came home having learnt a very valuable lesson. Sort the freezer out properley & keep everything correctly marked/labled.

Hi Griffo, sorry for the delay in answering you but my pc has died so I am writing this from work. The lake is situated between Tenterden & a place called St Michaels. Drive into St Michaels, turn left and its on the right down a couple of little lanes

Had 6 from my little Sussex farm pond last night. Bloody wet! 3 were little feckers growing on but then there was a 16.08 mirror and commons of 23.10 and 22.05. ;D PRB did the damage.
