It's a Muntjac deer I thought a connoiseur such as yourself would be able to recognise food when you see it! From Woburn Estate no less and currently nestling in my fridge apart from the loin which I ate last night. One less fecker to scare the nutse out of me leaping from the long grass on a an early morning stalking session. I've been helping out on a game preparation seminar at college this week and preparing tufties, coots and orange leg and canadian geese has been more than a little satisfying ;D
