The Angling Trust, a single body formed to represent all anglers, has released details of its innovative Fish For Free scheme. Under the new scheme, anglers will be able to collect points that will count towards money off the rod licence and loads of tackle items. Anyone joining Angling Trust will automatically be enrolled into the Fish For Free Scheme. All you have to do is register your credit or debit card with the Trust and they'll reward you with points when you shop online at partner sites or at partner stores on the High Street. High Street partners include Blacks, John Lewis, Game, Halfords and Currys and online partners include Amazon, eBay, lastminute.com and play.com. Visit www.fishforfree.net to find out how you can join and start collecting points. Membership of Angling Trust only costs £20 and this includes public liability insurance, newsletters and magazines, as well as Fish For Free. Fishery owners should also take note of the services offered by the Trust's legal arm, Fish Legal. Fish Legal takes legal action throughout the United Kingdom on behalf of member angling clubs, fisheries and land owners whose waters have been polluted or damaged in any way and offers advice to members on angling and legal issues. Visit www.anglingtrust.net for more details on how you can join.
