Here is a list of all the confirmed outbreaks of KHV in this post, as from April 6th this year, when it finally became a notifiable disease in the UK. This will obviously highlight information for all to see and be aware of.

It might be best to point out, that this summer (and last), we have been fortunate that we haven't had any prolonged hot weather and the disease really needs water temperatures of 17-23oC to trigger activation.
October 2nd 2008: Movements of fish in and out of two fisheries, in Hertfordshire and Cornwall, have been restricted, following the confirmation of Koi Herpesvirus (KHV) Disease.
Defra has issued Designated Area Orders prohibiting the movement of fish to and from the fisheries at:
* Broad Colney Lakes, London Colney, Hertfordshire; and
* Whiteacres Fishery, Whiteacres Holiday Park, Newquay, Cornwall.
September 25th 2008: Movements of fish in and out of a fishery in East Sussex have been restricted, following the confirmation of Koi Herpesvirus (KHV) Disease.
Defra has issued a Designated Area Order prohibiting the movement of fish to and from Moor Hall Pools (Old Lake and New Lake), Moor Hall Farm, Ninfield, Nr Battle, East Sussex.
September 11th 2008: Movements of fish in and out of three fisheries, in Somerset, South Yorkshire and Worcestershire, have been restricted following the confirmation of Koi Herpesvirus (KHV) Disease.
Defra has issued Designated Area Orders prohibiting the movement of fish to and from:
* The Old Mill Fishery, Stoford, Yeovil, Somerset;
* Pine Lake Fisheries, Oak Field Farm, Kirton Lane, Thorne, Doncaster, South Yorkshire; and
* Wassell Grove Fisheries, Wassell Grove Lane, Hagley, Worcestershire.
September 4th 2008: Movements of fish in and out of Earlswood Lakes, Norton Lane, Earlswood, Solihull, West Midlands have been restricted, following the confirmation of Koi Herpesvirus (KHV) Disease. Movements of fish in and out of the adjacent waters, known as Mereside Pools have also been restricted.
Defra has issued a Designated Area Order prohibiting the movement of fish to and from Earlswood Lakes and Mereside Pools, Solihull, West Midlands.
August 28th 2008: Movements of fish in and out of Weller Pool, Lynsters Lakes, Coppermill Lane, Maple Cross, Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire have been restricted, following the confirmation of Koi Herpesvirus (KHV) Disease. Movements of fish in and out of the adjacent waters in the Colne River Valley, Hertfordshire and Greater London Area have also been restricted.
August 12th 2008: Movements of fish in and out of the Royal Horticultural Society Garden Ponds at Hyde Hall, Essex have been restricted, following the confirmation of Koi Herpesvirus (KHV) Disease.
Defra has issued a Designated Area Order prohibiting the movement of fish to and from Hyde Hall (Top and Bottom Pond), Royal Horticultural Society, Hyde Hall, Hyde Hall Road, Rettendon Common, Chelmsford, Essex.
July 15th 2008: Movements of fish in and out of two fisheries, in Derbyshire and Somerset, have been restricted following the confirmation of the serious viral fish disease, Koi Herpesvirus Disease.
Defra has issued Designated Area Orders prohibiting the movement of fish to and from:
* Press Manor Fishery (Press Reservoir), Birkin Lane, Ashover, Nr Chesterfield, Derbyshire; and
* Pavyotts Mill Farm, East Coker, Yeovil, Somerset.
July 2nd 2008: Movements of fish in and out of a fishery in Kent have been restricted, following the confirmation of Koi Herpesvirus (KHV) Disease.
Defra has issued a Designated Area Order prohibiting the movement of fish to and from Shirkoak Farm, Woodchurch, Ashford, Kent.
