What are you now using? I am using sufix camofusion tied onto korda widegape x a small bit of shrink tube and a small peice of silicon on the hook,is this predictable and do you think i should change?

If it works why change it? 99.9% of what we do is predictable it's not worth worrying about too much. I only use 2 rigs, not counting zigs obviously, 25lb sufix stiff silt, a longshank hook normally owner C7, bit of shrink tube on the eye and a snowman hookbait. The only time I use anything different is choddies in the weed 20lb ESP bristle filament and size 5 stiff riggers. Those 2 have caught me carp everywhere I've ever used them and will continue to do so anywhere else I take them in the future no need to change.

Got to agree with Matt, if you are 100% happy and confident in the rigs you use, then why change em? If your'e into the rig side of things, then buy Carpworld every month and read Mick Kavanaghs pages. Seeing as he invented half the rigs we all use, the man knows what he's on about.
