c'mon the older boys here tell me some littlebrook storys??i went there a couple of times with vinnychris, fished it once and had a mint 15lb common from the shallow end, loved the place but never fished it enough.gutted to be completly honest!it was always busy there!one of the lads at the blue lake showed me pics of a 35lb pike he caught from the island swim! utterly disgusting they back filled it,built a great big storage buildings that ones ever moved into and as empty as the day the construction firms left the site! is there any truth in ddaps leasing the back lake? so any pics or storys about sessions there even history of the place id love to hear it!

Maybe Robin can update us. Littlebrook had completely slipped off my radar. The last time I heard mention of it was at a DDAPS AGM about 18 months ago.

The last time I heard mention of it was at a DDAPS AGM about 18 months ago. :)Jeffe, DDAPS were told by the head of Dartford council Jeremy Kite 3 years ago at our 75th dinner/dance that we would be given the fishing rights but he refuses to answer my emails or letters. He was obviously only after our votes. Maybe if more members write to him he may answer one of us, but I doubt it and he wont get my vote this time.

DDAPS would love to get another lake especially Littlebrook but you cant talk about fencing till a deal is signed and sealed.

Bison that fish was in an old tacklebox book wernt it??opening page?get a pic up fella that's a special fish!! Blast so nobody has rights to the back lake then??what annoys me is that apparntly the council wouldn't let anyone fish there because it was bird sanctury/nature reserve or something then give permission to flaten it build ugly great big storage units and have no one to move in there so there gaining nothing being there but isaw!!stupid government council spineless muppets! Who do we write to concerning an the remaining lakes?or maybe ddaps could write a letter and have every member sign it is a petetion?god I'm not even a member(waiting for a ticket 2nd time around) and I don't wanna c that place forgotton! Also everyone knows about hair rig and boilee storys at brooklands there gotta be more history to littlebook then what's spoke about!

sadly a lot of the fish reside in cotton farm and whether people think its good or bad i think they have a better home, and there aint much we can do now! lol
any news of ddaps controlling littlebrook? be wicked if they did get it and its not like they are short of fish to stock it with either...obv water tests etc have to be done first. but be wicked if they got it.

jeremy.kite@dartford.gov.uk should you wish to ask about littlebrook I urge you all to email him and ask him whats happening, he has never sent me a reply or repied to my letter. There is an election coming up, so think first before you vote for him. Has anyone bought the garden waste bin from the council, £33 and then you v'e got to pay £30 a year to have it emptied. Thats Dartford Tories for you, the same ones who told 3000 members you will get Littlebrook when we gave him a free night out at our 75th anniversary do.

i used to work for morgan est whose depot is at the end of the road where the houses have been built. i was sitting in the van one day watching the water before work and the security guard asked if i was going to fish it. Apparantly a little fee to him and he turns a blind eye tbh im not sure what is left in there the better fish are in the farm. IF ddaps did get it would they stock it and secure it. What are there plans for the place???

The lakes form part of the development, they would not be able to secure the lakes. from what i've herd from inside the council, the developers dont want any activities whatsoever on the lakes, as it does not fit in with the whole ethos/ look of the development. would not expect any fishing there for many years to come. if at all ! im afraid my source is very reliable.
