This weeks carptalk is carrying an advert for chilham mill estate for sale, I'd heard that Chris logsdon had bought the fisheries from southwest waters. Anyone know what's going on ? ps.. if they are 4 sale how much have DDAPS got in the piggy bank

Hi Robin I could always let DDAPS have a £1.5m interest free loan over 10 years

Chilham Mill Lake, the Mill house & cottages are 4 sale, the other lakes have been secured by Chris and should be business as usual. Fishing on Chilham will be down to the wishes of whoever buys it.

I just hope this doesn't mean untold Chilham anglers descending on the other Mid Kent lakes next year

It was lovely last year should be ok next year even if there's another influx in the spring they've all had enough of blanking by the end of may and disappear never to be seen again
